Try this - Settings > Lock Screen > Lock Screen (current type shown) > reenter current type (i.e. fingerprint/PIN/pattern, whichever is applicable) > tap OK. This should bring you back to original options screen.

Maybe try Settings > Lock Screen > Click on current option in Lock Screen, i.e. password or fingerprint > enter current password or fingerprint > OK > should bring you to the screen with all the original options.
