how to enable the swipe or none options from lock screen?

after using the fingerprint in my note 4, the options for lock screen (swipe and none) got disabled. even if i deregistered the fingerprint security, it did not come back. swipe option says disabled by administrator, encryption policy or credential storage.

Welcome to AC.

You may be able to change settings in Settings, Security, Device Administrators, though whether it would be a good idea to do so is a different matter.

Try this - Settings > Lock Screen > Lock Screen (current type shown) > reenter current type (i.e. fingerprint/PIN/pattern, whichever is applicable) > tap OK. This should bring you back to original options screen.
