No sign of it in Canada yet but, in a response to an inquiry to Acer support, they say the roll-out will start in limited numbers later this week with the rest to follow in a couple of weeks.

Just got my tablet yesterday and love it so far. A simple question that I can't seem to find an answer for anywhere - there are a bunch of pre-installed apps that I won't use and don't want. Is there any way to uninstall or even hide the pre-installed apps that one doesn't want? thanks

Nook Color Would be interested in knowing if anyone has tried to run this to install apps to a unrooted Nook Color with update 1.2 installed on it and how they made out. thanks

Greetings all, I'm from Canada where we can't buy the Nook Color but will be in the US withing the next 10 days and my first stop will be at best Buy to get one. been reading a lot about it and can't wait to get my hands on one.
