Depends on where you get it. The Sprint Corp stores say 1 exchange. Period. But I know they don't adhere to that. Best Buy, Shack, etc. usually allow multiple exchange within the 30 day period.

They have litmus paper-like indicators located all over the phone that tell water damage pretty obviously. Most people are going to check that, and it's not really honest to be honest.

I'm going to disagree with this statement. If you look at the profile of the keyboard, you will not see the keys. This is because they are recessed. There really shouldn't be any play between the two halves--other than the expected sliding motion. Anyone that has played with other samsung...

You could also try another launcher (Launcher Pro) with the same picture to see if it has the same problems.

I came from a pre also. Between my woman's and my pres, we've gone through 8 of the things. I tried an evo for 30 days, but it didn't stick. I needed the physical keyboard.

coming from smaller keyboards like the pre and bb curve, the epic feels too big. I'm sure it will take some getting used to, but I was no doubt faster on my other phones. Heck, I could even type faster on the EVO. :(

Palm Pre. I'm only going to miss the touchstone charging. EVO failed to drag me away from my little, black, webOS turd after a 30 day run. Hopefully Epic can win my heart over. Shhhhhh. Don't tell HP/Palm...

I agree. The slim lines make up for the larger dimensions. I like how it fits in my pocket better than the palm pre.
