Make sure you assign the correct permissions to whatever app you are attempting to use by going to settings/apps

Do you have a source? Most i have seen say the outer layer on the Z2 force is not user replaceable, but it is replaceable by Motorola or carrier.

Try: settings/cellular networks/show mobile networks (toggle off).

So if I buy it at the Verizon store do you think the employee would install one on my non-verizon Z2?
