security update today

Got a security update today on Verizon, up to August patches. Cool thing was that it installed in the background and then just had to quickly restart, first time I saw that and it meant very little downtime for my phone.

Yeah I got the same update on sprint yesterday. Hopefully Motorola keeps it up.

Motorola kept up on the first generation Zs, with the carrier version usually getting the update faster.

Unless you're wanting day 1 security updates as Google releases them, Motorola (and Samsung) seem to be doing just fine.

I'm guessing TMobile might have to wait a bit so Motorola can fix the RCS problem.
