    Why is it that every time I try to delete a app my phone shuts off?

    Kaspersky security sometimes does that. I must delete Kas before doing things with apps sometimes, then re-install Kaspersky. 1st day here, found in search of mic not working. This seems like a really friendly forum. Moto g7 Power. StepStone :-)
