Ok it doesn't seem to be having any problems on Amazon Cloud Player. It's apparently a Google software issue. On Google Play All Access, its not as obvious but it still happens with the Boomsound off. Also I am wearing a different pair of headphones today!

Is anyone having the problem that I am having? I listen to my music with Google Play All Access. My sound usually starts out feeling unbalanced. When I open up Google Now while the music is playing and the microphone blinks, my sound quality improves. I am using my old iPhone 5S headphones...
