Sadly this did not work I have requested for Samsung to call me and do remote access to see if they can solve the problem.

Hi yeah I have tried 2 different cards 1 32GB and 1 64GB I have had an email from Samsung who have advised me to transfer to the internal memory and then move it on the phone to the external memory so I am going to try that tonight to see what happens will report back... fingers crossed.
