SD Card Issues

Hi
Hi have got a Samsung Galaxy S4 and I have been have been having issues with transferring data onto my SD card I have been transferring music using Samsung Kies software and once I get to 10GB on my 32GB SD card I restart my phone and the last lot of music that I have transferred to take the music over the 10GB mark becomes unplayable and changes the name on the music files. please help as I really don't understand why this is happening.

Welcome to Android Central! Samsung devices can be pretty finicky and unpredictable when it comes to SD cards. Have you tried a different SD card?

Hi yeah I have tried 2 different cards 1 32GB and 1 64GB I have had an email from Samsung who have advised me to transfer to the internal memory and then move it on the phone to the external memory so I am going to try that tonight to see what happens will report back...

Sadly this did not work I have requested for Samsung to call me and do remote access to see if they can solve the problem.
