For anyone else who is having this problem I fixed it by moving it to my SD card, nothing else is different just moved it. So it was internal storage/ringtones and now it's SD card/ringtones, I simply moved the file. Thanks you lucianus_luciferus, I have no idea what was going on.

I misspoke, It is named Ringtones sorry it was late when I make this post. :) I have 14 files in my ringtones now and only 6 are showing up, what do I do and why is this happening?

It's as I have said in the topic, some of my ringtones show to be picked others do not. They are in the same folder and "sound picker" can see the folder but it can't see a few of the ringtones. It's really odd as I had one of the ones as my ringtone since I got the phone but now cannot re-pick...
