Well this is late... But to point out, the whole "3-5" day refund` wasn't 3-5 days. It ended up being 3 weeks more. But I finally did get the refund and I re-ordered the phone...It's scheduled to arrive tommorow. If it does indeed show up then it is somewhat of a blessing in disguise seeing...

Here's my story. I thought there would be a possibility of someone else having a similar situation... So, on July 27th, I ordered the 16GB Nexus 4. It shipped to UPS just fine and it was scheduled to deliver Wednesday. So on that Wednesday, a UPS truck shows up in front of my house. I go...
