Locked Verizon recieved it around noon today east coast

The 24 ultra does have a Verizon splash screen but it was changed from that bright white one that lit up the room to a mostly dark background with a red checkmark. Much welcomed when doing a restart in a dark room as to not wake up the wife. This as it compared to my 22 ultra.

Same thing happened to me except the customizations were there but I had to reapply everything.

Update on Verizon working normally today finally.

I tried clearing the system cache, turning airplane mode off and on but none of that worked. Just going to wait out the issue and hope Verizon fixes it. Thank you

Doing some research it seems to be a Verizon issue and they are working to resolve it.

I have had 2 failed attempts installing the update. It seems to be be stuck on the download. Wifi connection is good. No issues with internet or data. I've never had an issue before this with any of my phones. I'm on Verizon. Anyone else having issues? I've tried clear the cache and still no go...
