    Verizon- pie update?

Hampton Roads area. Anyway my mobile hotspot issue seems to have disappeared so I'll chalk it up to a temporary Verizon issue. Thanks.

    Verizon- pie update?

Yeah, that's what they were saying at Best Buy. In fact one of the sales rep was complaining about her service before I even asked my question. Still baffled about the long startup / restart times since the update though. Thanks.

    Verizon- pie update?

Verizon user located in Virginia using a Note 9 First... for those who have Verizon's mobile hotspot service on their phone, has anyone noticed problems starting the service? Today while out I could not get the service to start. That even doing a restart or shutting down the phone wouldn't...

    Verizon- pie update?

I get it. I was just making a general statement. Of course being in a technical forum I expect people to try new things. As a PC builder and enthusiast I do the same.... especially where OS changes and patches come in. That said, where I don't tinker with my phone a lot, I have a different...

    Verizon- pie update?

LOL - I must be the only one in the world not in a hurry for the Pie update. Currently using Microsoft Launcher and love the way my phone is setup. Not in any hurry to update.

    Verizon- pie update?

OK, I must be missing something cause I certainly don't have "WiFi" Calling on my Verizon Note 9. I'm in the US. And no, I've not updated to PIE yet (awaiting official release as I'm in no hurry here).

    Galaxy watch bluetooth & earbuds

Honestly that sounds like a weak Blue-Tooth (BT) signal issue. I don't listen to music through my watch (it's paired to my phone), no do I use Spotify, but I do listen to music played through my phone and no matter where the phone is on me left, right, back pockets, or even walking away, my BT...

    Can't decide..Note 9 or S10?

If you're going to make the jump you might as well go with the latest. If the Note 10 was out when I made my Note 9 purchase, I wouldn't have thought twice about going 10. And cost would have not factored in. Point here is if I were willing to pay a grand for the Note 9, then the same would have...

    Carriers selling our location

You live in a fantasy world if you think this doesn't happen. As I'm fond of saying, if you don't want to be tracked or "spied" on, completely disconnect electronically. We can argue all day about the rights and wrongs, but at the end of the day this the price we pay to be "connected".

    Samsung Pay on Watch

There's nothing in that thread to validate your claim other than some "guesswork". No one has posted any official links from Samsung or other credible sources saying it works that way. That said, I don't know how it works, I just know I don't have NFC enabled on my phone, and Samsung Pay has...

    Samsung Pay on Watch

I can't argue it, but I do know Samsung Pay is compatible with both NFC and MST. And that I do have NFC disabled on the phone. Now whether NFC is auto enabled or not for payment is unknown to me. Anyway you have anything to substantiate that claim?

Is anyone else having issues with Samsung Note9 and Outlook crashing?

Yeah, but if I'm going to use DEX I might as well use my laptop or desktop. Or if I'm in a pinch (aka hurry), than yeah, skip DEX and do the quick edit on the phone. Anyway, we all have our ways of doing things. Glad DEX works for you. Peace:)

Why is there no Note 9 / Galaxy Note 9 listed.

How / why is there no Samsung Note 9 / Galaxy Note 9 listed in the "Primary Phone" or "Tablet" section when wanting to choose one for your account profile? It's not like the phone just came out today.
