Re: Google Play games won't work I managed to downgrade both Google Play Services and Google Play Games to an earlier version, and they seemed to work together fine, except no other google apps worked. Upon re-update, the same problems reoccur.

Re: Google Play games won't work Yes I am on 7.5.71 as well. I just tried to access the Google play games settings from the Google Settings and that failed as well with an infinite loading loop. I also tried multiple hard resets with no success.

If you go into the application manager in your settings and swipe over until you go under the All category, you should be able to find the Phone app. Click on it, and a screen should come up with a bunch of buttons. Click the Clear Cache button.

Check to make sure that the file isn't open in any open applications.

There should be an option called Lock automatically under Lock Screen. You can change how long it takes to lock your phone after the screen turns off. You are able to adjust how long it takes to turn off the screen under the Screen timeout in the display category.
