ok got it. My concern now is is it ok to always charge your phone while it is on? I don't have a problem with this just thought the correct way was to turn it off and charge that way. My problems are happening when the phone is powered off to charge and it not charging up all the way or...

just googled discharging lithium ion batteries says not too at least over and over, should charge when reaches about 50%. Don't know if one time would hurt it . . .
