Back up texts and able to read them on PC?

I don't think you understand our (the OP's and my) requirement. We want to clear sms/mms off of our phones BUT still have them available read only viewable on a PC/MAC. I haven't found a practical solution for this.

Back up texts and able to read them on PC?

I have an identical requirement (but LG not Samsung phone). The only option might be to find an Android emulator that lives on a PC - a virtualized instance of Android. Copy the messages to the PC, import into virtual instance of Android under WIndows or other desktop OS, and keep that read...

TMO Storage Full Problem Android 11

It's 128GB version. My theory is residual junk left over after Android version updates.

TMO Storage Full Problem Android 11

Thanks, I should have mentioned the only social media that I use is Twitter, and that is using very little space. Telegram is rarely used and uses only 75mb including data. If I have to use FB, I just use a browser. And I only have two games, both less than 100MB and disabled the stock games...

TMO Storage Full Problem Android 11

A few days ago I got a system message that internal memory was nearly full, which is highly unlikely. From storage AFTER deleting (and noting) over 25 apps - Other apps 82 GB Files 5.9 GB (I store all data possible on a 256GB SD card Other apps 82 GB (!!!) Files 5.9 GB System 30 GB This is...

LG V30 - The trend toward Disposable phones.

I didn't get a bad display and the black smearing just happened recently. 2.5 year device life is unacceptable. I like to use a phone for 3 years. My old V10 that I passed down is still running like a champ (replacable battery of course). The screen is still perfect and everything else is good...

LG V30 - The trend toward Disposable phones.

The current price for dual screen V60 is $809.99 from T-Mobile, about what I paid for the V30. I doubt people are snapping them up from T-Mobile, the V60 since not Samsung or Apple. The main obstacle, and annoyance, is migrating everything over. That takes some time. The V60 at $800 is a very...

LG V30 - The trend toward Disposable phones.

I purchased the V30 back in Dec of 2017 for $800, when my V10 bootlooped. I never dropped or mishandled the V30, and now after 2.5 years - The screen has black smudge when brightness is low. This renders auto-brightness useless at night - Battery life is horrible. Necessary to charge a few...

    Update on T-Mobile

Upgrade went smoothly. What customization options are new? The October security patch makes it worth it!

    Update on T-Mobile

I have the same question. Downloading it now, big update. I took a screenshot of the current software to see what's new.

    Oreo Update

Is T-Mobile is really dropping the ball on Oreo? It's not like they ignored the V30. T-Mobile offered and still offer the V30 and V30+. When Verizon comes out with Oreo first it makes T-Mobile look pretty pathetic. Rant concluded :)

LG V30 full adhesive tempered glass InvisShield True Fit

I haven't dropped my last three or four phones onto a hard surface from any significant height. My phone is always in my front pocket when walking around, and use a remote on my headphones to pause and control volume. Also, in public places I don't put it down on a table, bench, ever. So a...

LG V30 full adhesive tempered glass InvisShield True Fit

I really don't care about the drop protection. Gorlilla Glass 5 is the best at protecting from damage due to drops, but not any better thanolder versions at scratch proctection. The more I think about it, the old kind of film protecor using liquid to apply might be best. But I don't drop my...
