Worst mistake was taking after advice by not putting one on after I religiously did on all of my previous phones. Set my phone upside down on a glass table within the first week of having it and now I've got a scratch on the screen.

Yes, this sorts the applications in your app drawer (when you slide up), not the applications on your home screen if you have them inside folders. I'm aware Nova Launcher does this, but I'd prefer to stick to TouchWiz.

That's for the app drawer only, not the apps within folders on my home screen. So to answer my question to both 1 and 2 is it's not possible on the TouchWiz Launcher.

So the stock launcher doesn't do this? I used Nova and Nova Prime on my Pixel but I'd kind of like to give the stock launcher a try.
