Just switched to the Kyocera Echo

Even though it was EOL'd, some of the Sprint stores still have inventory, so you can head to one and still get it for free (well, $50+applicable taxes, and a $50 rebate form). I've been using mind for a little over a week, and it's awesome!

    Echo is gone from Sprint

So is Adobe Flash 11 working well for you? I read some people had issues (not necessarily with the Echo, but on other Android platforms)...

    Echo is gone from Sprint

Well, Sprint stores apparently still have inventory. I picked one up on Tuesday, October 11th while in Oregon. So far, the phone's doing well - no issues, rooted on 2.3.4, and everything seems great. Really don't know what all the complaints and whining were about with this phone. It runs...

    Echo is gone from Sprint

I reallllly hope that Sprint Stores will have some available when I'm in Oregon in a couple weeks. Dammit. I really wanted one. Was the only non-4G phone with a keyboard (in a sense) that was usable.

    Echo is gone from Sprint

So, last night, I was checking the Echo on Sprint's site and making sure I could still order it. Today, I check again. Gone. Chat says it's no longer available, either.

It's unfortunate that it's being EOLd - I mean, it just released in April. I've been doing my due diligence the past few weeks to make sure it's the right phone to get, and now I read this. I'm still getting it, assuming it will be available next month (the EOL notice does state "Early October").

Potential New User - How's LogMeIn on it?

That definitely is some good news, and I really appreciate the screenshot, thanks! Not familiar with PhoneMyPC, but hopefully LogMeIn is really the same. I guess I'll probably pick up the Echo next month when in Oregon (can't beat 0% sales tax!).

Potential New User - How's LogMeIn on it?

Just wanted to know how LogMeIn was working on the Echo. I've played with the phone, and for me, a hardware keyboard is a necessity, however, the phones that do have a keyboard were very uncomfortable. Turns out, I typed faster on the Echo. Anyway, the Sprint store near me doesn't have any...
