Lol oh the irony Just got this email after my last post and was thinking to myself damn Samsung must have got wind of my BBB complaint quick? But low and behold it was just my note 9 case being delivered before I even have the note 9 in hand which by the way they told me is now on back order...

Tired of the BS just submitted a lengthy BBB complaint. This is just wrong. Never in my life of buying any product have I ever been more jerked around than this one for over a month now. It's time to fight back some way some how.
