I originally ordered a purple 512gb note 9 on the 10th decided I liked the blue better and canceled on the 16th and reordered the blue. Was given a delivery date of the week of Sept 2nd. Been on the phone since then and they have been lying through their teeth saying it's sent to the fulfillment dept so it's shipping very soon. They couldn't give me a specific date just said I shouldn't worry about it that it's shipping and I'll get an email with shipping info. Now I get an email not with shipping info but another delay of a shipment date by Sept 15th. I asked to cancel my order and was told that I couldn't. I am genuinely pissed and disappointed in Samsung for their handling of this whole release.. I really feel like they have me over a barrel. I'm getting $400 trade in credit for my S8+, free headphones and interest free financing.. I'm not getting that if I buy at Amazon.. So.... I guess I'm going to sit and wait.
