Samsung: Galaxy Note 9 Pre-Order Thread

Ordered on the 11th, money was credited back to my account but assured it would ship this week, just got the speed bump email saying it will ship "by the 29th".
 
Just got an email saying it should ship September 29th. Lol. What a joke I ordered it August 12th. Quite ridiculous
 
I ordered late in the day on the 10th was suppose to got it this week. I just got a email saying it would ship by the 29th.
 
Maybe Samsung should order the phones from Amazon... somehow they have a supply. They must have have ordered them all up to make us jump to them lol. "We are Amazon... give us the whole supply or we wont sell your sh!t"
 
I originally ordered a purple 512gb note 9 on the 10th decided I liked the blue better and canceled on the 16th and reordered the blue. Was given a delivery date of the week of Sept 2nd. Been on the phone since then and they have been lying through their teeth saying it's sent to the fulfillment dept so it's shipping very soon. They couldn't give me a specific date just said I shouldn't worry about it that it's shipping and I'll get an email with shipping info. Now I get an email not with shipping info but another delay of a shipment date by Sept 15th. I asked to cancel my order and was told that I couldn't. I am genuinely pissed and disappointed in Samsung for their handling of this whole release.. I really feel like they have me over a barrel. I'm getting $400 trade in credit for my S8+, free headphones and interest free financing.. I'm not getting that if I buy at Amazon.. So.... I guess I'm going to sit and wait.

Lol, maybe. I didn't get a response from my reply to the offices of the president email after contacting BBB either. They said it was still waiting to be shipped and I said if anybody else took 7+ days to ship my product that was supposedly in stock they wouldn't be in business.
 
I was originally told I would receive compensation for the delay after I receive my order. Well I just got an email saying that I won't be eligible for the compensation. Any thoughts? I think they just said I would to try to shut me up.

Best Buy will give me $250 for my S7E, Amazon will give me $120. I also have a birthday coupon from Best Buy for $100 off, and apparently I may be able to get the headphones if I show my original pre-order receipt but I don't care much about that anymore to be honest.

I did just print out my return label for my 128GB and found out I have until the 22nd to return it, i thought I had to get it back out to them within the 15 days but that was only to initiate the return, so maybe by the time I have to send it in they'll be more available.
