OK, I am thinking about porting my number to different carrier. The line has a DPP on it. I'm going to move that device to one of my other lines on vzw......So my question is when the port goes through will vzw automatically just put the remaining balance of the phone on my bill or will they...

I had this issue too. I did just the opposite. I uninstalled Google play music and downloaded Spotify. I haven't had the issue anymore. It was getting on my nerves skipping while driving in the car.

I went into a Verizon store about this same issue and they gave me a new Sim card. That and got rid of a few apps have seem to fix the problem.

I'm having the same issues that I was having again, after a Verizon tech said that the issue was resolved.

I'm on unlimited data but when I walked to the other end of the office all these emails poured in.

Yea there is a tower down out by where I work, and they also had me to clear the cache in the messages+ app...... After a reset everything seems to be working again!

My messages+ is acting funky! The pass few days I wouldn't know that I had a text until I would go into the app. Then one of my co workers asked me did I receive her text and when I go into it, it's blank! I restart the phone and a message about updating the message data came up.

It's all good now! What I think happened is I had gotten a phone call just as it was about to download. I didn't answer it but still got the error message. But it's loaded on here now and I'm checking things out!

Mine is installed now. I had an error message the first time, then the update started over and installed!

I just got the alert! Getting ready to download now!
