Works perfectly fine with the regular charger

I just noticed that when I'm utilizing a charger I bought from ebay and using the phone.. the touch screen doesn't function correctly.. it doesn't read touch input correctly but just spazzes out... Does anyone else notice this??

I've got two small pieces of lint stuck under my droid screen, does anyone else have this issue? They are small, but it still bugs me knowing that they are there and I can see them if I look really closely. well they arent really lint, more like dust pieces... is this enough to get it...
