Lint/Dust Under Droid Screen

I've got two small pieces of lint stuck under my droid screen, does anyone else have this issue?

They are small, but it still bugs me knowing that they are there and I can see them if I look really closely.

well they arent really lint, more like dust pieces...

is this enough to get it replaced? or is there any way to get those pieces out somehow?

No dust in mine yet. The holster really protects the most vulnerable spot (front speaker). Do you keep your phone in your pants pocket?

Where are the dust peices located? What area of the screen? Just so I can keep an eye on it.

dude I have a dent UNDER my screen, weirdest thing in the world. noticed it the day after I bought the phone. At first I thought it was on the screen, but it's glass, can't really be dented, then I tried rubbing the tip of a mechanical pencil over it and it's smooth as can be, it's underneath, strange? Think I can get that replaced? I'm scared they'll just say I did it.

Never put your phone in your pockets if you care about dust under the screen. Sometimes phones come with a some out of the box and in that case I'd bring it right back to the store. That's just me though.

Yeah the dust under the screen is a common issue if you carry the phone in your pants.

I do keep it my pocket But I used to use Sony Ericsson and they never had the dust under the screen problem

The problem is... if the phone isn't properly sealed, dust will get in whether it's in a pocket or a case. In the pocket, it will obviously occur quicker. Either way, I have put my phones in my pocket since I have had a phone and only the Storm 1 had a dust problem. As solid as this phone is, you would expect it to be dust free.

Dang it. I like carrying my phone in my pocket but I hate lint.

i just hold it where ever i go. I put it on my desk at work. NEVER in my pocket. Putting it in your pocket is like giving your phone a chance to get an STD lol.

I should have been more clear... don't put a phone in your pants pocket with no case on or no pouch. I prefer pouch cases then slip it in my back pocket.

Highly doubtful, I don't think anything could top that. Besides I have not heard a lot about this issue with the Droid. Fact is it can happen with all phones.

I think I am gonna make a little leather pouch that has a flap to completely cover it. Gonna make it myself. I made one for my LapTop and the leather is not all that expensive.

If it looks good, you should try marketing it (step 1: obtain leather. step 2:...... step 3: PROFIT!!!! ).
