I don't have a 'Shortcuts' option under 'Lock Screen' in my settings. Should it be there on the G3?

I've just updated my G3 to the latest software and now have an icon on the lock screen for easy access to the camera (without unlocking first). Is there any way to turn this off? I would rather it wasn't there.

I am trying to find a tasks app that can do recurring tasks (e.g. every Monday). I have tried GTask and it says it can but it doesn't work. It doesn't need to sync with Google, but I just want it to remind me of things every week or every so many days. Does anyone know of any that work well...
