This is the menu im talking about. It is normally activated via me touching the key on the phone, but it keeps popping up and going away. No matter what area of the phone i'm using it keeps showing up.

Regardless of whether I am on the internet or in airplane mode. If you are at the home screen the menu will keep popping up (normally I would bring it up by touching the touch button on the left of the main button that has the Verizon logo). Same no matter what you are doing it will keep showing...
