It doesn't make any sense to me why Samsung would not release it to unlocked phones at the same time as they release to carriers. What is the advantage to an unlocked phone? I registered my phone and use it on T Mobile, yet never was able to get the betas. Apple does have everyone beat on...

My question was about an factory unlocked phone. I use it on t mobile currently , but wouldn’t the update come direct from Samsung for a factory unlocked phone?

In the past is was after US carrier updates? How does that make sense? Any word, or guesses when the unlocked US unit will see it since we never even got an 7.1 update?

The July security update came out a couple of weeks ago, so not so bad. However, the phone is still on 7.0 and likely will be for a while....

Time for 7.1.1, or 8.0 discussion !!!!
