You try resetting network?

If I'm on a call with someone and someone else calls it doesn't show up, the free ringtones download doesn't ring, the phone doesn't vibrate. My wife called me a few times while I was on the phone with a friend, and it went straight to voicemail. Not sure how to fix this problem?
