Out of date software but no updates available?

Interesting update: tried checking for software updates this morning. Usually it doesn't actually check and just immediately shows me the screen that says no updates available. However this morning, it actually tried to check for updates and the four dots spun for a while. Unfortunately, I got...

Out of date software but no updates available?

If that's the case it might be a while as it looks (assuming I'm looking at the right page) that the base number is VERY similar but not the same, they list the Android security patch level is April and not list May, and what's worse, all the updates for the S23 phones are listed as being for...

Out of date software but no updates available?

That's so weird as the exact same post shows up as post 38: Anyway, I got Odin and Frija and some additional instructions and explanations, including video instructions I found from XDA, from the following links (providing in case they're helpful)...

Out of date software but no updates available?

This isn't going to remove any AT&T stuff or add any TMobile stuff to my phone will it? What were you notating about post 47? I see your instructions on post 38.

Out of date software but no updates available?

So my only option to get caught up on updates is to use Odin? Is there an article somewhere that explains how to do that? Am I going to be stuck with a phone that's outside AT&T's official updating system forever?

Out of date software but no updates available?

Update: I connected with Smart Switch and it says my software is up to date: I wonder if it's the issue I mentioned in the post directly above about the update loop I had previously?

Out of date software but no updates available?

That's interesting. When I originally updated my phone I got caught in an update Loop that I had issues with in detailed here (https://forums.androidcentral.com/threads/new-s23-caught-in-an-update-loop.1057365/). That didn't resolve itself until I went through the loop several times and cleared...

Out of date software but no updates available?

So I've had my s23 Plus (AT&T) for a full month now and when I first got it I did all the updates until there were no more updates available but I haven't gotten one in a while and as you can see from my screenshot I'm behind especially in my security patch level which says March. But when I...

    May security update is out.

How do I find out what AT&T's latest update is?

    May security update is out.

I got my S23 Plus a couple weeks ago (AT&T), and as you can see I'm behind what appears to be by a few security patches, and possibly more software updates. When I try to check manually, it says my software is up to date. When I first got the phone and was updating the software, I eventually got...

New S23+ - Caught in an Update LOOP!

You mean clear cache for the Settings App? Or something else? Could you please elaborate? UPDATE: Nevermind - the cache thing finally worked and it says my software is up to date. Thank you!!!

New S23+ - Caught in an Update LOOP!

I got the S23+ about a week ago, and today checked to see if my software was up to date. At first there were about 1-2 updates of differing sizes, then there was an update, with a size of 102.89 MB for a "critical" upgrade from WBK to WBKa. After that update, came another one about twice as...

Migrating from S9+ to S23+ Help

Yeah I didn't have Samsung Pass on my S9+ - must be a newer app I wasn't aware of. Oh well. Thanks so much for your help and reassurances!

Migrating from S9+ to S23+ Help

Thanks for your response - I'm guessing the "data from non-Samsung apps" not being backed up is why I'm having to re-log-in to all non-google and non-samsung apps to finish setting them up? It's been frustrating not remembering the passwords.

Migrating from S9+ to S23+ Help

No, the voicemails are not there on regular voicemail. Looks like these are just a local copy saved to the phone, but I'm surprised there's no way to transfer them over to the new phone. Are they supposed to transfer over?
