Any ideas here?

I removed norton from my phone and rebooted. Still can't download or preview anything. I'm done with Samsung

Back at it again. Can't open or download attachments or photos. I am NOT resetting my phone again, this is getting ridiculous.

Well I reset my phone for the 4th time so it's working now, but I can guarantee it will stop working again. I'll try that next time it stops working. Which it will.

I have Norton (Which I'm not even sure has been enabled recently) and have Nova Launcher on the phone. Other than that nothing else that changes the functionality of the phone.

It's doing it again!!!! This is beyond annoying, this phone is barely over a year old and I'm about to throw it out a window. I've NEVER had as many problems with a Galaxy as I've had with this one. I reset everything and it's working, which happened last time. but I absolutely cannot keep...

Ok, just did that and it's seems to still not be working. (Someone just emailed me an image and mp4). when I attempted to download I got the little icon at the top of the screen for a second but it went away and the files are nowhere to be found.

Uh so it started working again. Wondering if the force stop on the download manager took a few minutes? I'll keep an eye on this.

I can open it. Even went through and deleted some things but my memory is not full
