Can't download photos onto my phone from emails, texts, etc.

yes I did literally everything suggested here.

Is the phone pretty much stock ?
Like you use antivirus apps, app cleaners, battery apps , anything you can tell us ?

I have Norton (Which I'm not even sure has been enabled recently) and have Nova Launcher on the phone. Other than that nothing else that changes the functionality of the phone.

Can u uninstall Norton and reboot see how it is ?

Check in device administrator settings my have to deactivate it before uninstall

Well I reset my phone for the 4th time so it's working now, but I can guarantee it will stop working again. I'll try that next time it stops working. Which it will.

Back at it again. Can't open or download attachments or photos. I am NOT resetting my phone again, this is getting ridiculous.

I removed norton from my phone and rebooted. Still can't download or preview anything. I'm done with Samsung

Frustrating. Can you see if this also happens if you use Chrome, the Gmail app, and the Google Messages app (instead of the stock Samsung browser, email app, and messaging app)?
