Try to call to your cellphone, maybe will appear in screen that green screen with a number calling. If appears, press the center button to see your apps and others, and offcourse restart your cellphone.

Have heard about "sidesync" ? It is a software by samsung than show the cellphone over USB or Wireless. You can control the smartphone by mouse too.
