Chrome on S6 not opening to set home page

I am using Chrome as my browser on my S6. I have set a home page in the settings and made sure it is turned on. Every time I open Chrome if defaults to accuweather.
How do I either get rid of accuweather or get it to open automatically to the home page I have set?

Try change the page by this below :

chrome://newtab/#most_visited
