its easy to root in lollipop but i upgraded to the latest firmware which is mm 6.0.1 which i m not able to root,i tried many methods still no success

update your ui i guess miui 8 is out install it they might have fixed this bug in it or try clearing the data of google

i would choose cyanogenmod because it uses lesser ram than the stock rom and if u want to root your phone properly then first install custom recovery and try installing the root using the custom recovery . try browsing youtube for tutorials
