    can't you press 'Reset'? next to 'Save' if you don't like the cropped picture? I think 'Reset' is 'Undo' in this case

    it's greyed out because the screen automatically rotates when auto rotate is on, you do realize that 'Rotate button on navigation bar' option is to have a small phone icon on the navigation bar whenever you rotate when auto rotate is off right?

    some theme will allow dark mode even the navigation bar. I think it was one of the stock themes. High Contrast ones.
