How do I fix the Camera Update - version 10.0.00.68 awful

Apparently my camera was updated which made the Samsung 10 a great mobile camera to a horrible mobile camera. How do I fix this this upgrade?

The software upgrade diminishes the picture quality and now making me wonder if I should return to the iPhone.

Advice needed to fix this ASAP!

S10 Camera - Software Update - version 10.0.00.68 disappointing

I don't know where to begin, but I noticed the recent software update is now creating challenges with my camera's metering. This is noticeable with the optimizer on.

My upset that the software improvement has diminished the quality of my images and wish to know if a correct will occur. Will it?
Also, if a correction will not occur, what can be done to return to the older software settings.

Grateful for any support.

Duplicate threads merged and tidied up a bit.

Did you already check the Galaxy Apps Store to see if there's an update to the Camera app, as mustang7757 suggested?

Also, try wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-39551. If that doesn't help, see if the issue persists in Safe Mode: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-39505

You haven't responded to my question , have you checked for update in both play stores ?

More and more system and preinstalled apps can be updated through the Play Store and/or the Galaxy Apps Store. Google has been doing a lot of this lately.

I'm on Galaxy S10+ and really disappointed with the quality of photos. I feel like Galaxy S8+ had much better quality. My photos are not sharp, I tried to use the Pro mode to tweak around the light and exposure balance, etc. But it didn't help much.I do try not to steady my hands as much as possible. Other than the camera, the phone is great.

I'm not a expert photographer , and don't play with pro mode but found sometimes cleaning my lens my picture come out better .
