I like the Otterbox Commuter series cases. A rubber sleeve with a hard plastic that goes on over it.

I bought a used Nexus 4 from eBay. It came in the mail yesterday and I did a factory reset just to make sure it was back to factory settings. The only problem I've found so far is that the wifi keeps turning itself back on after I turn it off. Is there anything that can be done about this...
