Figured out what it was. If anyone has kodi and uses the Yatse app to control it at times, this is where those come from. You can disable it in the Advanced Settings on the Yatse app.

Hello all, More often than not, when I'm submitting a form on my phone via Chrome, I get the following in the screenshot, and I'm unable to submit the form. Does anyone have any idea what this is, so I can see about disabling it? Google search returns stuff that's not relevant to this. Thanks!

Yep same here. Especially irritates me when I'm in places like the grocery store. If others are having the same issue, hopefully they come forward and we can figure out something.
