The problem is... if the phone isn't properly sealed, dust will get in whether it's in a pocket or a case. In the pocket, it will obviously occur quicker. Either way, I have put my phones in my pocket since I have had a phone and only the Storm 1 had a dust problem. As solid as this phone...
