When I switch on my N7 from cold the power control widget just shows up as a black oblong, no icons for wifi, bluetooth etc. I switch on the wifi in settings and and the icons then appear in the widget. If I put the N7 into sleep mode the widget behaves normally. I have removed and reinstalled...

Hi, I am unable to connect to an unsecured network in a cafe that I use daily. My Nexus 7 sticks at the connecting message. Someone has suggested it could be that the Nexus is set to not connect to an unsecured site. I can't find any way to switch this off, other networks that it will connect to...
