Wow - same here! Changing the WiFi Direct name worked. I set mine to "HTCOneM8" and now have over 54 Mbps on my home WiFi when it was previously around 1.8Mbps according to the Speedtest.net app. Many thanks. I wonder how many people experience this issue without knowing they could have so...
