I appreciate that OnePlus included a screen protector, but it collects fingerprints like crazy. Are you keeping yours on? Does the screen really need it? I haven't used a screen protector in years. My HTC One M7 and Nexus 5X did just fine without them.

Ordered my 5T today and it should be here in a couple days. I'm not seeing any cases for the 5T from the companies I typically use. Any suggestions for something that isn't too bulky? I skipped the official OnePlus cases because they seemed too pricey for what you get, but I might be going back...

I just ordered the 64GB version. I agree that the 8GB or RAM is overkill. I use Google Photos and SmugMug for storing photos/videos, and I don't store much music locally, so 64GB of storage should be plenty.

Excellent question. I think only time will tell. For what it's worth, I got a brand new 5X about a month ago for bootloop issues. So maybe they keep some old "new" units around for warranty replacements?
