I downloaded clash of clans from google play

So i bought a new phone- Samsung galaxy grand prime and when I play my clash of clans, it doest load the first time. It says connection lost after few minutes i open it, then when i press the try again button it loads easily. I have tried by clearing the cache.. reinstalling it multiple times...

Thanks for all suggestions! I found the problem. I had app called Kinguser. I wanted to delete that app so I found on Internet how to delete it. Now everything works perfect. Thanks again!

I don't know but is there any way to unroot my phone?

Just tried this but doesn't helped. But befeore hard reset my phone worked perfectly maybe apps and youtube pauses because I have rooted phone?

My wifi is good because when I play games that don't need wifi still keeps pausing.

My friend blocked my phone with wrong password (too many pattern attempts). I could unblock it but there was no wifi. And games not crashing but just pausing. I can unpause it and game is working till next pause and this happens every ~25 seconds and same too youtube. It's very annoying.
