Clash of Clans loading problems.

So i bought a new phone- Samsung galaxy grand prime and when I play my clash of clans, it doest load the first time. It says connection lost after few minutes i open it, then when i press the try again button it loads easily. I have tried by clearing the cache.. reinstalling it multiple times but it doesnt work. Please help

Have you downloaded the updated version, or just taking file from Zapya?
