Can't you just go in and delete the camera click sound file off your phone? I have an AT&T S3 so I haven't had to try, but I did that on a Verizon phone a year or so ago and it worked great.

I did. It turns off fine while charging, it only turns itself back on when it reaches 100% charged battery. Odd.

GOOGLE and ANDROID could fit in there somewhere. ANDROID doesn't fit.

Update: I tried z4root one more time and now I'm apparently rooted and have superuser access. Anytime I try to reboot in to recovery to install a new ROM I get the red triangle and exclamation point though. Any ideas?

I'm dumb and installed the update thinking I could re-root with Unrevoked afterward. Unrevoked of course doesn't work. I've tried the z4root method and while it says I'm rooted, it doesn't let me run anything as a superuser. (Wireless Tether, Busybox, Rom Manager) I'm about to give up and...
