I gave up. Talked to both Verizon and Samsung. They said the only fix for "so is there a fix for the "sound and notification" force close issue" was to do a factory reset. So I used Kies to back up, did the factory reset and then did a restore.
I am having an issue with the setting app. I go to Settings -> Choose "Sounds and Notifications". I then the setting app dies. Any ideas? I have cleared the cache.

We have the same issue here at work. I believe that Samsung can fix this also and say that fingerprints are a level three security just like pins. Right now fingerprints are level 2
