On my Samsung tab s, I get this message on startup. How can I cure this problem?

Try going to recovery mode and clear cache partition

I am getting this error also, and I tried this suggestion.

Are you saving to external SD card? I got this message until I went back to saving to device. However, on my unit this problem went away with one of the updates.
