I have a side business and rely on texts to correspond with customers. I am looking for a texting app that works over wifi and has folder sorting options like email does. Another solution is to send and receive texts through email but I haven't found any suitable solutions thus far.

I have begun a side business recovering billiard tables and would like to sort the contacts in my phone to move customers in a category. Can it be done on my phone or do I need an app?
