Did you set-up the Samsung account on your phone? Some items like contacts are backed-up automatically.

If you have not already done so, disable the ANT+ in your apps manager if you don't use it. That one move increased my battery life better then any thing else!

I did the same thing. They even wanted to know what kind of packaging the card came in! But in the end they sent me a new card and so far it's been behaving itself. I also auto back-up / up-load all of my pictures because of that experience!

With the 4.3 update group texting is now part of the regular texting app. No need to install a third party app.

YinYang I did exactly as you described and it worked fine for me with my S3 running 4.3. Do you have a google doc's account set up? The only thing was a window popped up asking me my gmail name and password. Good luck!

My alarm is not working as well. The alarm goes off but the snooze icon shuts the alarm off even though it's set for three times, ten minutes apart. Anyone else have this problem or maybe had it and fixed it? I did a full reset to defaults after the 4.3 upgrade cause I couldn't edit any contacts...

With Titanium Backup you can "Freeze" an app which will make it seem like it's been deleted but if you start having problems with the phone it can then be "defrosted". Just a safer option you might want to try. This is what I did after installing 4.1.2 and so far no problems.
