I keep seeing folks complaining about the buttons not being backlit. The Mi-POP feature solved that concern for me, I use it nearly all the time. Why not give it a try?

Nexus 6P is my choice. With its excellent camera, pure Android, and fingerprint scanner it's easily the best Android phone available.

It appears the Evo Shift has "linked" those contacts. They need to be "unlinked" then you'll be fine. I don't have a Shift but the procedure should go something like this...Go to people, choose the contact, and then in the top right you will see a link symbol. Hit that and you can unlink them.
